User Accounts & Access
- To access the App, you must be a registered parent or guardian in the ERP system linked to your child's school.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify the school administration immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Access is granted solely for the purpose of monitoring your child's academic progress and managing school-related transactions.
- Your access to the App is controlled by the school; if your child leaves or graduates, the administration will deactivate your account and you will lose access.
Payments and Fees
- The App facilitates school fee payments via third-party gateways.
- Your school or the payment gateway may charge a convenience fee for online transactions, which will be displayed before you confirm payment.
Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the code, or upload viruses or malicious code.
- The App, including its code, design, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of the developers and is protected by copyright laws.
- The data related to your child, such as grades and attendance, belongs to the respective school and the student.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the school and developers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or transaction failures due to internet connectivity issues.
